We are a group of over 100 European companies, working together for several years with the objective of democratizing ICT-enabled technologies technologies for: a) product development, b) additive manufacturing, c) productions processes, d) digital twins, e) laser technology, etc.

PIONEER (GA ID: 101091449 | Jan. 2023 – Dec. 2025) aims to develop an interoperable materials-modelling-manufacturing ecosystem enabling multidirectional dataflow along the material value chain, by linking product design and distributed modelling data with information collected from material characterization, manufacturing processes, and product quality criteria. clesgo is a project partner and responsible for the further development of the Digital Agora in view of facilitating the end-user access to the PIONEER technology.

Change2Twin (GA ID: 951956 | Jun. 2020 – Nov. 2024) aims to support manufacturing SMEs in their digitalization process by providing Digital Twin solutions. Change2Twin offers manufacturing SMEs a tailor-made solution including the analysis of their potential, an individual mentoring plan, and a ready-to-use recipe for digital twin deployment. clesgo is responsible for the extension and further development of the Digital Agora, facilitating the adoption of digital twins by manufacturing SMEs.

PULSATE (GA ID: 951998 | Sep. 2020 – Aug. 2024) aims to promote a Pan-European Network designed to boost the adoption of Laser-Based Advanced and Additive Manufacturing (LBAAM) technologies through the uptake of advanced digital tools, reaching the European SMEs and Mid-caps by means of a Digital Agora (DA) that works as a Single-Entry Point (SEP). clesgo is a project partner and responsible for the extension and further development of the Digital Agora in view of facilitating the adoption of LBAAM technologies by manufacturing SMEs.

DIGITbrain (https://digitbrain.eu/)
DIGITbrain (GA ID: 952071 | Jul. 2020 – Dec. 2023) has the vision to enable customized industrial products and to facilitate cost-effective distributed and localized production for manufacturing SMEs, by means of leveraging edge-, cloud- and HPC-based modelling, simulation, optimization, analytics, and machine learning tools and by means of augmenting the concept of digital twin with a memorizing capacity towards a) recording the provenance and boosting the cognition of the industrial product over its full lifecycle, and b) empowering the network of DIHs to implement the smart business model “Manufacturing as a Service”. clesgo is the WP7 leader and responsible for developing the industrial-product provenance of the Digital Product Brain, integrating an engine for correlating and interpreting of industrial-products’ models, and extending the Digital Agora for supporting the configuration and operation of the Digital-Product-Brain instances.

CO-VERSATILE (GA ID: 101016070 | Nov. 2020 – Oct. 2022) aims to prepare Europe for managing pandemics by elevating the adaptability and resilience of the manufacturing sector. The goal is to offer manufacturing firms readily available and customisable solutions – accessible via a cloud-based marketplace, Digital Technopole – that enables them to boost the production of medical equipment and respond quickly in times of crises. clesgo is the WP4 leader and the developer of the Digital Agora and responsible for its extension and further development, in order to streamline the access to solutions, expertise and infrastructure; thanks to its dedicated functionalities to support Community interactions and Marketplace services for buyers and suppliers.

CloudiFacturing (GA ID: 768892 | Oct. 2017 – Sep. 2021) had the mission to optimize production processes and producibility using Cloud/HPC-based modelling and simulation, leveraging online factory data and advanced data analytics; thus, contributing to the competitiveness and resource efficiency of manufacturing SMEs, ultimately fostering the vision of Factories 4.0 and the circular economy. Within the project, several European SMEs are involved with the objective of boosting their competitiveness by means of cloud-based solutions for production processes. clesgo is the Innovation and Commercial Manager, the WP6 leader, the developer of the Digital Marketplace, and responsible for the development of the strategies for the customer development, the commercialization, and the uptake of the technology.

CAxMan (GA ID: 680448 | Sep. 2015 – Aug. 2018) had the objective to establish cloud-based toolboxes, workflows, and a one-stop-shop for CAx-technologies supporting the design, simulation and process planning for additive manufacturing. Analysis-based process planning for Additive Manufacturing including thermal and stress aspects, and their interoperability with the design phase were key technology aspects within the project. Within the project, several European SMEs were involved with the objective of boosting their competitiveness by means of cloud-based solutions for additive manufacturing. clesgo was a project partner and responsible for the implementation of cloud demonstrators and the development of the strategies for the customer development, the commercialization, and the uptake of the technology.

CloudFlow (GA ID: 609100 | Jul. 2013 – Apr. 2017) has the aim to enable engineers to access services in the cloud, spanning domains such as CAD, CAM, CAE (CFD), Systems and PLM, and combining them into integrated workflows leveraging HPC resources. CloudFlow focused on contributing to a wider adoption of cloud-based platforms, making them a practical option for manufacturing companies.
